Bushwacker Bay is a small print-on-demand shop operating from Orange Beach, Alabama. We collect only what we need to take your order, print it, ship it, and answer your questions. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Your full card number never touches our servers and we never see or store it. We keep only the order total, currency, and the Stripe reference for your session.
• Messages you send us — if you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write.
• Email signups — if you join the list, we store your email address, the date, and which part of the site you signed up from. That’s it. We use it to tell you when a new design drops, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link that we honor immediately.
• Basic technical data — our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) as part of operating and securing the site. We also use privacy-friendly analytics and Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
• We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site.
• Our shopping cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers required to run the shop, and only for that purpose:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful and Printify — printing and shipping your order. Whichever one makes the item you bought receives your name, shipping address, and item details.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, and similar) — delivery.
• Vercel and Neon — website hosting and our order database.
• Resend — delivering contact form messages to our inbox.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns and support, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your question.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@bushwackerbay.com and we’ll take care of it. Note that we may need to retain certain order records for legal and accounting reasons even after a deletion request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This shop isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
