Shipping

Every Bushwacker Bay item is printed to order by one of our fulfillment partners and shipped directly to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why our timelines look a little different from a big-box store.

How long it takes

Your total delivery time is production time + shipping time.

• Production:typically 2–5 business days before your order leaves the facility. Embroidered items (hats) can run slightly longer than printed items.
• Shipping within the US: generally 3–5 business days after production, depending on the carrier and your address.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn’t available at launch — if you’re outside the US and want something, email us and we’ll let you know when we open it up.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, and carrier delays happen — especially along the Gulf Coast in storm season.

Rates

Shipping within the US is included in the price. It isn’t free — printing and posting a shirt one at a time costs real money, usually $5–10 an order — we just built it into the price instead of adding it at the end. A $38 shirt costs $38.

The shipping line always shows at checkout before you pay, so if we ever introduce a paid shipping tier you’ll see it there first — no charges are added after the fact.

Tracking

You’ll get an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment goes through, and a second email with tracking once your order ships. If the tracking email hasn’t shown up within a week of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days — different products are made at different facilities. You’re not charged extra for split shipments.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it, but the reshipment cost isn’t covered. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately — if the order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can usually fix it.
