These terms apply to bushwackerbay.com and anything you buy here. They are written to be read, not to be impressive — if something is unclear, ask us and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Who you’re buying from

Bushwacker Bay is a trademark of Hale Group LLC, an Alabama limited liability company based in Orange Beach, Alabama. Hale Group LLC operates this store and is the seller of record for every order placed here. Reach us any time at info@bushwackerbay.com — email is the fastest way to a human, and we answer every message.

How orders work

Everything here is made to order. When you check out, your order goes to one of our print-on-demand manufacturing partners, who prints or embroiders the item and ships it directly to you. Nothing is held in inventory, which is why production takes a few days before anything moves. See shipping for current timelines.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we can’t fulfil the order for any other reason. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping within the United States — the number on the product page is the number you pay, plus any sales tax required by your state. We can change prices at any time, but never after you’ve placed an order.

Returns and problems

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or simply isn’t what you ordered, we replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Because items are made individually for you, we generally can’t accept change-of-mind returns. The full detail — timelines, what to send us, cancellations, and lost packages — is in returns.

Our artwork

Every design sold here is original work owned by Hale Group LLC. Buying a product buys you the product — you can wear it, wash it, give it away, and resell that physical item. It does not transfer any rights in the artwork itself, so please don’t reproduce our designs on your own merchandise or use our marks to suggest we endorse something we don’t.

If you believe a design here infringes your rights, email info@bushwackerbay.com with the details and we will look into it promptly. We would rather pull a design and talk about it than argue.

Using the site

Please don’t attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone doing those things.

What we don’t promise

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and colours on a screen never match fabric exactly. Except for the guarantees described in our returns policy and any rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived, the site and products are provided as they are. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that can’t lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Changes

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
